All SLO Employees are expected to maintain high personal and professional standards of conduct and integrity. As a Vincentian Layer, we give special preferences in serving the poor and marginalized. The poor have always been devoid of access to justice and most of the times, treatment by the courts and lawyers have been lowly as it may get. We still believe that they should be given equal opportunities in accessing justice consistent with democracy.
